Are debt mutual funds taxable and to what extent. Looking specifically for NRI investments

Tax applicable on:
1) Dividend/Interest Income: NIL (Dividend Distribution Tax deducted)
2)Short term Capital Gain (less than 1 year: Marginal rate as per slab, max 30% plus surchage
3)Long Term Capital Gain (more than 1 year): 10% without Indexation or 20% with indexation whichever is less plus surcharge.

Isnt there also TDS in case of Nri's? Would you know the tds rate?
