the fund in discussion is not a sector fund but a thematic fund. this fund by nature is a very volotile. Hence not recomended for a shorter investment horizon in this case a sip in a large cap or a blend fund would be ideal.But the fact is that some one sold the pure soul a fund without understanding the need. or explaining to the investor the concept and the requirement from his side. Hence the learning is know your client and outline the profile and create a good portfolio and ask him to to go till the exact length of the investment horizon |
