Friends Investing is more a necessity then anything. it is quite possible that you may not have the ability to allocate more towards this process (but the earliest you do the better you get the natural advantage of more compounding period) more over if you are young your call on higher equity ratio will get more time frame to even out the risks and to help you to iron out the returns.
similarly one should not forget the asset allocation process no matter what you should stick to the planned asset allocation and rebalance as the times come it will help you a lot. looking for a good return rate mean right kind of assets in the right percentage.
Talking about Mr Warren Buffet let me add his track is just to good to emulate. he happens to be one of the best investor today. what i am surprised to find about his are the concepts are absolutely simple. I have been following him for the last 4-5 years and now i know why the world follows him. |
