As u have asked about mediclaim i wud suggest you to go with STAR HEALTH INSURANCE,APPOLO or NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE bcoz Settlement is quite easy of these Company.

STAR Health is best of the lot, as they are only focused in Health Insurance area. they have also quick servicing in comparison to others. |

Dear Deepak
The most important aspect while chosing a mediclaim policy would be to see how extensively is the company covered with the hospitals in the area in which you reside. There is no such thing as a good or a bad insurance the only aspect is it should be able to meet all the requirements that you have.
Most of the common requirements are
1) cashless treatments with most of the hospitals around your place of residence
2)fast and easy reachability in case of any issue redressal.
3) your agent should be able to help you in all issues he/she becomes your single point contact for all issues.
4) the company should have an office in your place of residence.
otherwise more or less all the policies have the same terms and conditions.
I do agree with the above participents that any GIC(Any one of the four that have offices near to you) or star for that matter are good choice just because of the penetration. |
