Today the markets finally settled and closed with significant gains. Reliance Industries moved upward which boosted oil and gas, sugar also moved upward. Today Sensex closed at 17727, which was up by about 177 points. Today's top gainers were ITC, Reliance Communication, Reliance Indsustries, Reliance Capital, Hindustan Unilever etc. Top loosers were Maruti Suzuki, Cipla, IDFC, Sesa Goa, Dr. Reddy Labs.
