those who are willing to investin ulip products try to remain invested for long term do not invest in ulip for short term gains

Because of the wrong selling ULIP is neither good for investor nor agents. These products charge the investor huge amounts and pay the agents in pennies. Better sell term+MFs. In ulip investor exits in recession or competitors force him out.
